How does tenant referencing work?
We'll work closely with Coventry Council to identify suitable tenants for your property and enforce strict rules they must agree and sign to before placement.
What will I be responsible for?
As the Landlord or property owner, you will be responsible for repairs to the fabric of the property such as the roof and the overall structural soundness of the property. You will also be responsible for repairs to the installations of the property for gas, electricity and water such as the boiler and electrics over a pre-agreed amount. You will also be need to ensure you have building insurance and gain consent to let if one is required from your mortgage lender/freeholder.
What happens after the Lease Agreement?
You'll have a few options at the end of the Agreement, namely to renew the Lease Agreement, have your property back or if you'll like to sell your property we could help you with that.
