WHAT WE DO
Mimshack Property Solutions work with local Coventry landlords and the Coventry City Council to help meet the temporary accommodation need for emergency short term accommodation and longer-term temporary accommodation in the city. This scheme is Government funded as it aims to improve access to longer-term affordable housing with tenancy support within the private rented sector.

WHERE WE ARE BASED
Mimshack Property Solutions is based in Coventry, and offers many benefits and support services to the tenant and the landlords, as we aim to make all tenancies as seamless as possible.
WHAT WE OFFER
The scheme offers private landlords a full managed service, guaranteed rental income and all maintenance covered. We have the right services in place to meet the management obligations. We will provide ongoing support to the tenant, supporting them to be more independent and maintain a successful tenancy throughout.
